A Typical Session

  • Each session begins with a discussion to identify goals, challenges, and background. Hypnotherapy is tailored to each individual, leveraging strengths while resolving limiting beliefs.

  • Hypnotherapy sessions are 100% safe, with clients remaining in full control. Sessions are confidential, last 90 minutes, and are most effective when scheduled weekly.

  • Hypnotherapy complements medical and psychological treatment, aiding in pain management, stress-related illness, and mental health when coordinated with a healthcare provider.

  • Safety: Hypnosis is a completely safe and natural state, with no known cases of harm.

~ Individual: $130 for 90 minute session. ~
~ Packages: Full Transformation Four-session packages are available for $460. ~

Number of Sessions

Each person is unique, so session duration varies. Hypnotherapy is a direct approach—some achieve their goals in one session, though 3-4 sessions are typically needed for full resolution. Long-standing issues may take longer but can often be addressed in short-term therapy. Sessions are most effective when spaced one week apart.
